Tasty Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large new potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1-inch pieces
4 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cover potatoes generously with water.
Bring to a boil and lower heat to medium.
Add celery, onion, salts and pepper and simmer 15 minutes.
Add milk and heat through well.
While soup is simmering, melt butter and stir in flour for thickener.
Add to soup to thicken, stirring until desired consistency.
