Baked Crab Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. American cheese
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. each: onion salt, celery salt and garlic salt
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can crab meat
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and flour.
    Cook the milk and American cheese until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Cover with crumbs and bake in a casserole for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves six.
