Mississippi Delta Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
6 to 8 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 can creamed yellow corn
2 1/3 c. cornmeal mix
1 c. oil
Preparation

Mix, starting with top ingredients all the way down.
Pour into 2 small square pans for thick bread or 3 medium size long casserole dishes which have been greased well with solid Crisco. Bake on top shelf at 350\u00b0 if pans are glass or at 375\u00b0 if pans are thick metal.
Bake from 30 to 40 minutes.
