Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 oz. package cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. flavoring
    choice food coloring
Preparation
    Mix and knead as for pie dough.
    Add more powdered sugar if needed.
    Add flavor and color and mix in with hands.
    Roll in small balls, then roll in small amount of granulated sugar so they won't stick to molds.
    Place in mold and press lightly.
    Unmold on waxed paper.
    Makes 60.
    You can freeze these if you want.
