Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (solid or chunk) or 1 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives (optional)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 small fresh onion, minced
6 hamburger buns
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add any salt and pepper sparingly. Split buns.
Spread mixture on bottom halves.
Put top halves in place and wrap each burger in foil.
Heat on baking sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
If ripe olives are omitted, add more cheese.
Makes six servings.
