Potato Lefsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooled, mashed potatoes
3 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream
Preparation

Mix ingredients together; roll out 1 tablespoon at a time, using flour to keep from sticking.
Roll thin.
Cook lightly on both sides on a griddle.
Cool on dish towel, keeping lefsa separated from each other by a piece of wax paper.
I put in about 1 1/2 cups flour and when I knead in flour I put a small round ball of dough and work in more flour until it rolls thin without sticking to the board.
