Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, eggs and fruit cocktail.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Add brown sugar and coconut on top of batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
