Brownie Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients; cook until mixture forms soft ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add margarine.
    Let stand until cool.
    Add vanilla; beat until of spreading consistency. Yields enough frosting to cover a 9 x 13-inch pan.
