Holiday Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

home ground corn meal
1 pkg. turkey wings, boiled and deboned
1 large pkg. Lawry's seasoning (fresh)
12 eggs, boiled and mashed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. sage and thyme
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans chicken broth
Preparation

Cook corn bread in 1 large skillet and crumble into fine pieces.
Add all other ingredients, mixing well.
Add broth from turkey wings.
Add chicken broth if needed to make dressing juicy enough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired consistency and brownness.
This dressing can be made weeks ahead and frozen.
Thaw and cook when needed.
Serves 12 to 15.
