Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    4 or 5 c. cut-up cooked chicken breasts
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. halved seedless green grapes
    1 small can drained, crushed pineapple (reserve 1 Tbsp. juice)
Preparation
    In large bowl, with fork, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and 1 tablespoon drained pineapple juice.
    Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
    Toss well, cover and refrigerate.
    To serve, arrange lettuce on plates, lightly pile salad on lettuce and garnish with fresh fruit in season.
