Albacore Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli florets
    1/2 lb. fettucine
    1 (12 1/4 oz.) solid white albacore in water
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot of water, cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Remove with a slotted spoon to serving bowl.
    Add fettucine to same pot of water; cook until tender.
    Drain and add to broccoli. Stir in albacore.
