Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bacon, sausage or ham, fry and drain well
    12 slices bread, crust removed, butter both sides, may use more
    1 lb. shredded cheese
    6 to 8 eggs, well beaten or Egg Beaters
    2 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay bread on bottom of pan, you can make double layer.
    Add milk to eggs, beat well, pour over bread. Spread meat evenly over bread and spread cheese evenly over meat. Cover with foil, refrigerate at least 12 hours.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
