Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bread, crust removed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. butter
8 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Remove crust and place in 10 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Melt butter and cheese and pour over bread.
Beat eggs and milk.
Pour over cheese mixture and bread.
Let stand, covered with foil, overnight. Bake at 300\u00b0 in hot oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Done when puffy and slightly brown.
Optional to add ham, mushrooms, onions and green pepper over entire mixture before baking.
