Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed beans
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Pour
all liquid off beans and mash. Add vanilla, eggs, margarine,\tsugar
and
coconut. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for
45
minutes.
Cool.
Serve
with
whipped cream, if desired.
You can use canned beans. This pie tastes like pecan pie.
