Spiced Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. loose tea
2 Tbsp. ground dried orange peel
2 Tbsp. ground dried lemon peel
1/2 c. whole cloves
1 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
Preparation

Combine in bowl, stir well.
Put in can with tight lid.
Store 3 to 4 weeks before use.
Makes 2 cups bulk tea.
Use 1/2 teaspoon per cup.
