Tasty Low-Fat Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    4 to 5 carrots, sliced
    pat of margarine
    4 to 5 potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Season chicken, potatoes and carrots with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Place in a large piece of aluminum foil sprayed with Pam.
    Top with onion slices and margarine.
    Fold foil shut. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
