Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 lb. crackers, crumbled
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Crumble crackers.
    Pour milk over crackers; let stand 10 minutes.
    Beat 2 eggs with salt, pepper and parsley.
    Mix lightly with two forks.
    Add crab meat; mix lightly through and through. Make patties.
    Fry in oil 1/4-inch deep on medium heat, browning on each side.
