Mama'S Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place sliced potatoes in a large baking dish or pan.
    Mix soup and water and pour half over potatoes.
    Salt pork chops and place on top of potatoes.
    Place onion on top of pork chops.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour remaining soup mixture on top and cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until pork chops are tender.
