Ham And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ground leftover country ham
1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
1 can mushrooms or 1 box fresh ones
1 or 2 cans mushroom soup or 2 cans cream sauce
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Arrange alternate layers of ground ham and sliced eggs in a casserole; add mushrooms between layers.
Pour soup thinned with a little milk over layers.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Heat about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not add salt.
Some onions may be added to soup or sauce.
Very tasty and a great way to use up scrap ham if you are lucky to have any left.
