Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening (vegetable)
cold water
Preparation
-
Sift flour and salt; cut shortening into flour with pastry blender or 2 table knives.
Add only enough water to hold dough together.
Chill.
Roll.
Makes 2 (9-inch) pastry shells or one 2-crust pie.
