Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
3 green onions, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. half and half (hot)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper, nutmeg and paprika
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon
Preparation

Wash and dry potatoes. Prick potatoes with fork in a few places.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cut thin slice from tops of potatoes and scoop out all pulp into bowl.
Mash pulp with half and half.
Beat in butter and onions.
Add seasonings. Fry bacon until crisp and crumbly.
Add to potato mixture.
Spoon mixture into potato skins.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
