Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium chopped onion
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Preparation

In a buttered 2-quart casserole, put chopped cabbage.
Brown meat and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
Add rice, tomato soup and water to hamburg mixture and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour over cabbage; don't stir.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
