English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sourdough starter
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. milk
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix until flour is wet.
    Cover and let stand overnight.
    Stir down and add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 2 teaspoons salt.
    Spread 1 cup flour on counter; add dough.
    Sprinkle over with 1 cup flour and knead.
    Roll out to 3/8-inch thick.
    Cut with round cutter to desired size.
    Dip in cornmeal, top and bottom.
    Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Preheat griddle to medium-low (300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0), grease and cook 5 minutes on each side.
    Makes 1 to 2 dozen.
