Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. pkg. rotini noodles, cooked and drained
    Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and celery; drain.
    Add sour cream, tomato sauce and milk; simmer until well mixed.
    Add rotini noodles; mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish and cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Recipe can be doubled. Freezes well.
