Joyce'S Smoked Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    5 to 6 medium size potatoes
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried chives
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes.
    Cool, dry, then peel.
    Slice thinly.
    Combine the onions, garlic, green pepper, flour, salt, chives, parsley and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
