Chilled Creamy Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. sour cream (or substitute yogurt)
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    salt to taste
    toasted almond slices (to garnish)
Preparation
    Peel, seed and cut cucumbers into chunks.
    Process in a blender or food processor for a short time with 1/2 cup broth.
    In large bowl, combine with all other ingredients, except tomatoes, parsley and almonds.
    Mix well and chill.
    Before serving, stir in tomatoes and parsley.
    Garnish with almonds.
