Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. steak or tenderloin
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Slice meat into 1/8-inch thick strips.
    Combine meat and all ingredients in a plastic bag; shake well.
    Marinate 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
