Spicy Pumpkin Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven
to
350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Put all
ingredients
in
a
mixing bowl and mix.
When mixed well, pour
batter in prepared pan.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick
inserted
in center comes out clean.
Remove pan
from oven and cool 10 minutes.
Remove loaf from pan and cool completely.
Tightly
wrap in aluminum foil.
Loaf keeps well in refrigerator or can be frozen.
