Crunchy Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 envelope vegetable soup mix
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 large round sourdough bread
    garlic powder
    olive oil
    assorted raw vegetables
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors.
    Hollow out sourdough round, baste with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Fill with vegetable mixture.
    Serve with baked bread cubes and fresh vegetables.
