Steak Diane(For 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) 1/2-inch thick tenderloin steaks
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 ____ Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
    Combine 1 tablespoon butter and dry mustard in skillet.
    Heat until sizzling.
    Add steaks.
    Cook for 1 minute on each side.
    Place on heated serving plate.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to skillet.
    Cook over high heat until thickened.
    Stir in chives and parsley.
    Spoon over steak.
    Yields 2 servings.
