Brown Rice #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 can water
    1 can chopped mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in skillet and put in chopped onion; season with a little salt.
    Then add all other ingredients.
    Stir and put in a tightly covered Pyrex dish.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
