French Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
4 to 5 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cream
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle 1/2 on bottom of pie shell. Put apples on top of the dry ingredients.
Cover with other 1/2 of dry ingredients.
Pour 1/2 cup cream over all.
Dot with the butter and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, until apples are tender.
