Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. hot milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, salt, flour and baking powder. Beat until creamy.
Add hot milk (not boiling) and vanilla.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
