Peach Pie Alaska - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
1 baked (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. or more diced, fresh peaches
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cream by spoonful. Stir until melted and smooth.
Blend in Cool Whip and fruit. Chill if necessary until mixture mounds.
Spoon into crust.
Chill 3 hours.
Garnish.
