Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    2 c. shredded cheese
    2 zucchini
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese *
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, or paprika, salt and pepper
    2 large baking potatoes (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. prepared Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Heat broiler.
    Scrub potatoes.
    Slice potatoes in half lengthwise; slice each half crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
    In plastic bag, shake potato slices with dressing until well coated. Arrange slices in single layer on broiler pan.
    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender, turning once.
    Serves 4.
