Cantaloupe Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cantaloupe, peeled and chunked
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift the flour and salt together.
Cut shortening into the flour mixture until the mixture looks like coarse meal. Add milk slowly until all of the flour is moistened.
Roll out pastry thin.
