Broccoli Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli, cut up
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    dash of ground red pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook fresh broccoli and water chestnuts, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 9 to 11 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Drain; transfer to bowl.
    Keep warm.
