Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. marshmallow pieces
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine sugars, milk and butter. Cook until a soft ball forms in cold water (235\u00b0).
    Just before removing pan from heat, add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until marshmallows are almost melted.
    Remove from heat. Beat until mixture begins to thicken, about 1 minute.
    Pour immediately into buttered 8-inch square pan. When cool, cut into serving sized pieces.
    Yields 1 1/2 pounds.
