Watermelon Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. lime sherbet, softened
    2 pt. raspberry sherbet, softened
    1 pt. lemon or pineapple sherbet, softened
    6 oz. miniature chocolate bits
Preparation
    Use round bottom bowl sprayed with Pam.
    Spread lime sherbet on bottom and sides of bowl.
    Freeze 1/2 hour until firm.
    Spread thin layer of lemon or pineapple sherbet.
    Freeze again until firm.
    Blend raspberry sherbet with chocolate bits, fill the bowl and freeze for several hours.
    Unmold onto serving dish and slice like watermelon.
