Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Put egg in cup.
    Add vinegar and 1/2 cup water.
    Beat up with fork.
    Fill cup up with water.
    Add to flour mixture, then roll out.
    Makes enough for 5 crusts.
