Karl'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. whole wheat flour
    1 qt. hi-gluten bread flour
    1 c. oat bran
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 packets yeast
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    By hand mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Dissolve oil, molasses in quart measure of hot water.
    Combine wet mixture to dry mixture.
    Add one additional cup hot water.
    When dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened, knead for 10 minutes.
    Cover with tea towel and let rise in oven with oven light on.
    Remove, knead thoroughly, divide into 5 loaves, knead and shape.
    Let rise (no towel).
    Bake for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0 (shift around at 25 minutes).
    Turn out on wire racks, butter top using cloth.
    Cool, slice, butter and eat!
