Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    Beat until smooth. Alternately add flour and salt with the milk. Grate rind of lemon into bread batter.
    Pour into greased bread tin.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes and add the glaze.
