Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped fresh or frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, grated
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 well beaten eggs
Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 stick melted margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix broccoli, grated onion, soup mixture, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese.
Place in a casserole dish; sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing on top and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
