Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chilled mashed potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or cream
    1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend until smooth.
    Take a small amount and shape into a ball. Roll very thin.
    Bake on lefsa grill.
    Place a cloth over lefsa while cooling.
    Store in plastic bag in cool place.
    Keeps better in freezer.
