Rice International - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rice
    2 c. peas (any kind of your choice)
    3 Tbsp. oil (olive oil)*
    1 pkg. dried chicken soup mix
    pinch of seasoning
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 c. diced chicken, already boiled
    1 to 2 c. raisins or grapes and nuts
    3 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute*
Preparation
    Soak peas overnight or use 2 cans, drained.
    Cook peas 20 minutes.
    Add rice.
    Cook until soft, approximately another 15 minutes).
    Add chicken soup mix, chopped onion, diced chicken, raisins, nuts, sugar and oil.
    Stir.
    Heat just before serving. Mmm!
    Delicious!
