Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt (scant)
    1 pkg. dry yeast or 1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. lard
    9 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    warm
    water.
    Water should be very warm, but
    not hot.
    Add water, sugar, salt and lard together, then add yeast
    which
    has been dissolved in water.\tThen add flour, one cup
    at
    a\ttime.
    Let
    stand
    for 2 hours or until double.
    Knead and put in pan.
    Let stand until ready to bake.
