Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can green beans
    3 medium to large potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    Creole seasoning
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain. Add onion, salt, pepper and Creole to taste. Pour in tomato soup and mix. Add green beans. Put in casserole dish. Mash potatoes. Season. Beat egg and mix in potatoes. Place on top of meat mixture. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are light brown.
