Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 egg whites
    2 large bananas, mashed
    2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
    In large bowl, beat egg whites lightly.
    Stir in bananas and milk.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until well blended.
    Spoon into muffin tins lined with baking cups or nonstick spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    One muffin equals 99 calories (0 calories from fat), 0 total fat and 0 cholesterol.
