Moonlight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cake flour, sifted before measuring
1 1/2 c. sugar, sifted
10 egg whites
7 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

You will need a 10-inch tube pan.
Baking Time: 60 to 65 minutes.
