Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 saltine crackers, crushed
1 can French onion soup
Preparation

Mix together meat, egg, salt, pepper and crackers.
Make in thin patties and brown in skillet without oil.
Put patties in casserole and cover with soup.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and cook 1 1/2 hours.
